Choose a leader and four companions, then guide them 1,600 miles from Ashwood Landing to Haven Homestead — planning each day, caring for your party, and deciding how to spend every pound of food, gallon of water, and dollar you carry.
How to play Westbound on iPhone and iPad
Choose a leader background and four companions, name your travelers, and begin the expedition. On the Journey screen, set your travel pace and rations, review the forecast, and choose Travel one day or Make camp. At camp, give each traveler a task — rest, forage, hunt, repair, treat, or scout. At rivers, compare each crossing option’s cost and risk before you commit. At settlements, open Supplies to visit the outfitter.

Westbound makes zero network requests. No account, no login, no server. Every route, encounter, piece of artwork, and sound is built into the app, so it plays the same anywhere. There are no ads, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no analytics, no crash reporting, and no third-party SDKs of any kind.
